ファームウェア:
ディストリビューション:
購入してから、Debianをインストールしたのですが、よく分からない
エラーが出ていたので、最初からHDを再インストールしよと思い
メーカのサイトにあるフラッシュメモリの初期化を行いました。
TFTPが動作し、LINUXが立ち上がり、フラッシュの書込みも正常そうに
DONEがでて、再起動をしたのですが、100000HのBootで繰り返し
何も起動できません。しかし、その状態でもTFTPを起動すると、それには応じ一応LINUXは立ち上がります。ただ何度やっても上記の状態から改善がありません。 故障でしょうか。 どなたかご指導を御願いします。

わかりました。少々お時間がかかりますので、お待ち願います。
質問ですが、初期化の再、後実装のHDを付けたまま実行していますが、
それが問題になることはありますでしょうか。

ログをとりましたので、見てください。
手順
1)PROーBOXを起動
2)再起動になるので、TFTPを起動
3)LOGINしてUPDATEを起動
4)REBOOTを起動
ログが長いので###は割愛しました。

どうやら、HDD bootの設定で、HDDの内容が異常で起動できないようです。

そのせいもあるような気がします。内蔵の1台だけでやってみて下さい。
それでもダメなら、またはまっさらにするにはHDDも外して。

いったんFlash bootの設定にしてからやり直すといいかも知れません。

ご調査、ご指摘ありがとうございます。
以下の順にやりましたがNGでした。
1)HDを外し、購入時と同じ状態でやった。−−>NG
2)1)の状態で、ご指摘のフラッシュブートをおこないました。
  サングラスの顔が出てきて成功とおもい、その状態でUPDATE_MTD.SH ALL
をやりましたがNG
3)再度、TFTPの入力でやったけど、NGでした。

 NGのときは、Load address: 0x10010000
Loading: T T
Retry count exceeded; starting again
を繰り返します。
 全くフラッシュROMが書き変わらない感じですが、
 フラッシュROMのテストをするプログラムはあるのでしょうか。
ご指導、よろしくお願いいたします。

Flash bootにして起動したらrebootしてみて下さい。
それで起動したら、次はshutdownします。どうなりますか?

これは、TFTPサーバの応答待ちです。
確かTFTPサーバが応答するまで延々と繰り返したと思います。
あるいは十分多い回数繰り返してダメなら、ERROR表示になったかも?

玄箱PROのFlashは、U-BootのFlash(基板にある小さい方)と、Flash boot用
のNAND(大きい方)があります。どちらが異常かによって対処法が違います。
Flash bootして/mnt/mtd_device/にファイルが置ければ、NANDは正常とみても良いかも?

rebootしたのですが、起動しませんでした。T Tの繰り返し
また、Flash bootで起動したあと、shutdownしても再起動
できず、T Tが続きます。
フラッシュが2種類あるとお教え頂きましたが、そのうちの
0X00100000Hの該当するROMと推測します。何を書いても
TFTP立ち上げモードから変更できません。お教え頂いたフラッシュ
モードの起動をおこない、Bootをキー入力すると、機動できますが、
この場合、0x100000のプログラムを実行しているのでしょうか?
ここまでくると、IC不良が頭に浮かびますが、まだ手はあるのでしょうか。
遅くまで付き合って頂き誠に恐縮ですが、またご回答宜しくお願い致します。

それはおかしいですね?
どうも、NANDの内容がおかしいようです。

TFTPでダウンロードしただけではFlash bootにはなりません。

とりあえず、TFTPで起動して、玄人にあるアップデータ(TFTP用の大きい方)を使って
みて下さい。

ログの内容からして、U-Bootが書き換えできないのではなく、Flash bootモードになって
いるものの、NANDの内容が異常で起動できないようです。

TFTPのダウンロードフォルダには
1)initrd.buffalo (18,835KB)
2) readme.pdf
3) uImage.buffalo (1,696KB)
をTFTPフォルダにおいて自動で転送しています。
このファイル以外に転送するものがあるのでしょうか。

NANDの異常でもTFTPでの起動、BOOTコマンド起動はできるのですが、
それでもファイルの異常なのでしょうか?

NANDの異常をチェックするプログラムはあるのでしょうか。

年末の忙しい時期に申し訳ありませんが、よろしくお願いいたします。

理由
・最初のログはHDD bootのものであるため
・Flash bootに切り替わったかは細切れのログでは判らないため

NAND異常のチェック法は、何かを書き込んで、それを読み直して内容が同じかで判ります。
ただし、全体のチェックはHDD boot下で行なって下さい。

ご指導通り?やりましたのでLOGを以下に貼り付けます。

手順
1)メーカのサイトにあるファイルをTFTPでUPロードし
  メーカの手順とおりupdate_mtd.sh allを実行
2)その後再起動(TFTPはOFFにして)
  TTの繰り返しがでたので、^Cを入力し
3)フラッシュに切り替えコマンドを入力
  (一回うちミスがりました)
  その後BOOTコマンドを入力
  サングラスの人が出てきて、またloginし、update_mtd.sh allを入力
  そのあと、shutdown-hを入れました。
4)そのあと電源を入れ、TTが繰り返すのを確認
 そこまでです。

 添付ファイルが大きいのですが、ご容赦願います。

u-boot の環境変数を変更したら(setenv)

明けましておめでとうございます。 
ことしもよろしくお願いいたします。

正月中、田舎に帰っており、インターネットが無い環境でご返事が遅れ
すみませんでした。

ご指摘のsaveenvを実行しましたら正常に起動できるようになりました。
玄箱の修理をメーカに依頼しようかと思っていましたので誠に助かりました。 ありがとうございました。
ただ、メーカサイトのフラッシュブートの書き換えが載っていないのはちょっと不親切ではと思いました。というのは、NANDフラッシュの書き換えと書いてありUPDATE_MTD.SH ALLコマンドを入力があるので、このコマンドですべてのデータをフラッシュメモリに書いたと思っておりました。もしメーカ様が見て頂いていたら繁栄して頂けたらありがたいと思います。しかし、このようなトラブルで、木箱様、JunKer様から勉強させていただけたのは誠に光栄であり、玄箱PROが面白くなってきたのも事実です。
素人ではありますが、どしどし勉強して私も、早く回答者になれるようになりたいです。 今後もよろしくお願いいたします。 以上
